When you send a quote request, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, property ZIP code, the service you need and, if you choose to add them, your email address and a message. We also receive the address of the page you sent it from. When you call us, we see your phone number.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request: to call you back, give you a quote and schedule service. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Services that handle your request
Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep request details as long as we need them to provide and document the service, and for normal business and tax records.
